From the time the phone was answered to the time I got to see them at my Mother-in-law's, the experience was awesome. The interaction was professional and very pleasant. They went out of their way to make the delivery happen, and it was a bit out of the way for them. The delivery price was more than reasonable, and the flowers were just beautiful. Thank you! I'll never use any of the 1-800 flower places again!
